Thought you might find this an interesting read. I did find it ironic as they seem to be touting AMEX as being in great shape , especially after what sees written on here.

I think it would be wonderful if the "journalists" writing these pieces would actually read the Credit CARD Act of 2009 rather than taking industry insiders statements regarding it at face value.
