Thank you to all my fico revolutinaries out there.  This site has me one step ahead on this issue.

Great article, and I'm glad she supports the Credit Cardholder's Bill of Rights. She even includes a link at the end of page 2. I hope that someone besides me uses it! Not that I expect anything out of my representative... Smiley Sad

I followed the UK case quite closely - it has already cost the banks a couple of billion dollars, and YK's populations is only about 20% of the US population.
 
But we can't do that in the States - you can't have a socialist government preventing the  trustworthy banks and CCs from making an honest living - that is verging on communism.  Smiley Wink
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding

Interesting...I think a modified version might be plausible...but I agree it will be much more difficult...however, I think the current "credit crunch" might be the kerosene needed to light the fire to make it happend!
