MIlitary with foreign spouse will now get stimulus rebate!!!!!!
Yesterday President Bush signed H.R. 6081, Heroes Earnings Assistance and Relief Tax Act of 2008 which will, among other things, will allow military members with foreign spouses who only have an ITIN to receive the stimulus rebate.
