I read about it today. I wonder if participation in the class action will put me on a blacklist with them. I meet the criteria.

Well.. Iv always heard Navy Fed was aggressive at making sure they collect.... Didn't think they skirted the law though.... Hmmmm.

hmmm is there a class action lawsuit in additional to the CFPB's enforcement action?

after I read it I felt like they are so unprofessional. They act like a child, they deserve it

I'm curious to see NFCU changes it's policies after the CFPB ruling.

I still bank there and will continue to do so.
