Angie's List, for those who don't know, is something of a consumer driven rating system for contractors--painters, carpenters, plumbers, etc. However, that's not a sufficient explanation because you can rate car dealers, accountants, cake decorators and wedding planners. Witch Doctor and Indian Chief were conspicuously absent, but you can always submit it and perhaps a new category will emerge.
