Oracle Corp CEO Larry Ellison agrees to buy 98 percent of island of Lanai

In case you're wondering the going rate for an island these days, expect to drop at least half a billion.

I wonder if he will pay cash or take out a mortgage ??

Some of us in the Hawaiian Islands aren't too happy about it. Who knows what Ellison has planned for Lanai.

Credit Profile - FICO 08 Scores (03-26-2015): EQ 814, EX 817, TU 822
All three scores were 850. Lost points for not having an open installment TL. So, BE WARNED!!!!!

Some years ago I saw a biography entitled The Difference Between Larry Ellison and God*"

In smaller type at the bottom of the cover it said "*God doesn't think he is Larry Ellison."

That's my second-favorite title for a bio (my favorite titlel: after some sports star published an autobiography entitled "Bad As I Wanna Be," his ex-wife published her own book entitled "Worse Than He Says He Is").

I have not read any of the above three books.

TU 791 02/11/2013, EQ 800 1/29/2011 , EX Plus FAKO 812, EX Vantage Score 955 3/19/2010 wife's EQ 9/23/2009 803
EX always was my highest when we could pull all three
