I read this on another site. I wouldnt read too much into it yet as Jan tends to fall significantly after the Holiday buying frenzy and the debt overhang arrives in the mail. If this continues into more months then it would be a cause for concern.
I love people are spending even if they're using credit banks are lending that's positive. 
Just think that small business owner is still able to buy supplies and also pay his workers not at all concerned too soon yet.
