Can you freeze all 3 on and off online? What sites? Doing it over the phone is a PITA. Can you still get soft pull CLI's when frozen?

Yes, you can freeze/unfreeze all 3 online. However, you have to answer your security questions correctly lol. Whether or not you can get soft CLIs while frozen is dependent on the lender, I think. Synchrony required me to unfreeze before granting a soft pull CLI.

I have had mine frozen for awhile and don't plan on ever unfreezing ... If I plan on apping I'll just unfreeze whatever one they use
I have all of mine frozen because I have a problem with too many cc apps. This way I really have to think about if I want it or not. It also prevents HP CLIs so if I thinks it's a SP and it's not I dont get hit.
$3 each in Nebraska.

Thanks a ton!
I recommend freezing. It's the safest bet against anyone trying to open new accounts in your name. The costsvaries depending on the state you live in but well worth it in terms of peace of mind. And when you know you are going to apply for any credit, just do a temporary lift the freeze and handle your business.

I strongly agree.
