Part of me doesn't agree with this article.  I still don't like spending money even if it is on a card.

I am with you now, but certainly wasn't years ago!

 

I used to tend to overspend once I pulled a credit card out until I started keeping track of my all of my credit cards in a checkbook register. I log EVERY purchase just after I make it which I think somewhat replaces that feeling of the $ physically leaving.
