While the Banks pretty much get away with many things, this will actually become an issue at some point when the law suits come rolling in.


By the way they are making judgements on rich or poor, black, white, green, or purple skin color, natural origin, etc etc..


It is a way of discriminating which is an illegal practice. But I am sure it is done many more times then we actually know about.
