Re: 1.5 years of myFICO.....Thank you

DH and I signed up with MyFico in Feb 2013 and received their free credit report offer. The FICO score then was 692. We had a 60% util and was maxed out on several cards. We are looking to refinance within the next month so I paid for the 3 credit score comparison today. My Fico score is 782/792/783 and DH's score is at 795/801/787. I can't believe we pulled our fico score up 100 points in 1.5 years.

I know this is not the score that lenders will pull, but it's given me huge hope that we could possibly qualify our refinancing.

Congratulations on such great improvement and such awesome scores! I would think that with those scores, you will have no issue!!

Year 2012: All Scores in the 520 range, during a foreclosure, CC Settlement and high UTIL. Very ugly days...
April 2024: EX8: 840; EQ8: 832; TU8: 842 -- Middle Mortgage Score: 822
