18 Point jump for nothing?

This doesnt make sense to me, but im not complaining at all, just thought I would share it and see if it makes sense to anyone else.

I get a credit alert from fico saying my score has risen 18 points.  I check it out and this is what it shows.  Can one dollar and one month make that big of a difference?  Just when I thought I was starting to understand credit this happens.

I'm new to the fico forums but looking at the information that you posted the date of the last activity was changed also, making the account older.

I am surprised that it was an 18 point jump.  That is wonderful.  The only thing I can figure is that the redating put it into another "scoring" range for age in the magical FICO equation.  The extra month weighted the baddie a lot less.

I could see a couple point jump, but 18!  That is wonderful.

Did anything report a $0 bal lets say a credit card?

Nope that was the only thing that changed on my report

No the only thing that has changed was this account.  My credit score sux so it was a good jump for me.  I had 24 inq before and I still have 24 inq
