I forgot to tell everyone the best part!!! They waived my deposit, app fee, and are giving the last 5 days of January free! The only money I have to put up is $864 which is my rent to start in February! Yay! No extra $$$$. Now I have to deal with AT&T, and the power company. Hope that goes as smoothly
