2 HP on Transunion for opening NFCU Account

My stepdaughter opened up a checking/savings account with NFCU and they pulled Transunion 2 time. She called them and said that they shouldn't have only pulled it once since he didn't apply for any other products and to submit a dispute.

Never heard of disputing a inquiry, but I guess its possible. So, I told her ahead and dispute and hopefully it come off or should she call Transunion to do it.

No, she will have to call the creditor.

Yeah she called NFCU and they told her to just dispute it. I told her to call again.

The CRA's will tell you to call the creditor. Speak to someone higher on the ladder at NFCU. Not a front line CSR.
