I have a judgment on my transunion report that i am planning on paying off at tax time. It is also reporting as a collection with a collection agency for a different amount (i guess because of the interest). The collection agency just did a hard pull on my equifax report and placed the collection on there as well, which dropped my score even further. My question is with transunion report, can it be reported twice and if not what steps do i need to take to get one off my transunion report? I don't want to pay the collection agency because of all the interest they added on the account. I am planning on going to the court house to pay the judgement so i can get a judgement satisfied certificate. I want to have it removed but the landlord that put the judgement on me is very nasty and he might not even agree to have it removed.
