Congratulations! - What's your secret ?

I've sent a couple of PFD letters to the CA for small medical collections to pay for the entire balance due, and have only received refusals.  I have another PFD out to the OC for another small medical collection, and have not yet received a response on that one.

I am not sure if it can be considered as secret. But, I just make sure that I offer PFD with enumeration of FDCPA violations. It works like magic.
