Re: 7.35%-Is this good deal?

Our interest is 7.1% not 7.3%

If you got 6.8 with your score, than indeed our 7.1 is a lot.

Re: 7.35%-Is this good deal?

Than our 7.1% is not a good deal, our mid scores are 625 and 680!
Our loan is 190 000, 0$ down 30 year fixed.

Re: 7.35%-Is this good deal?

So that means the mid score is 625 because on prime its the lower mid score. With the score it's a good deal. 100% loan are getting hard to come and you must remember that it 100%. You really just need to go over the HUD and check the closing and see how many points are rolled in to the loan. No one really gets No Closing.. You pay through the rate or its rolled in.

So a 625 Mid fico at a 100% LTV and with a 7.1... Killer Deal
