A Lawyer and a Judgement

I had a very interesting conversation this afternoon with the lawyer representing a creditor who took the debt to court and won a judgement against me. Well I offered to PIF for a vacate of the judgement. This guy acted like he never heard of such. Should I try to backdoor him and pay the OC directly and seek help from them or take another run at the lawyer? I know this was my fault ...I just want an outcome that I and my FICO score can live with. Help please.....P.S. the debt is an old hospital bill that I thought would be covered by my insurance company.

Re: A Lawyer and a Judgement

Ask him to dismiss it with a PIF and get it in writing.

Re: A Lawyer and a Judgement

You can contact the OC....the OC can then contact the attorney & tell him to vacate the judgment.
