I am having an issue with AFNI. They first listed on my CRA that i have a collection and the OC was sprint. I disputed and it was removed. Two weeks later it popped back up, but now the OC is Nextel. i have disputed it but Experian says they verified it. Afni also reports it with Equifax but as an account with "AFNI BLOOM" that is 120 days late, and a collection with TransUnion. They are also using an address that is 10 years old from my credit report, but they claim that the account is only 3 years old. 2 weeks ago I sent a standard PDF to them. Is there anything else i can do? And By sending the standard PDF from the web site, is there any admission that i am willing to make payment (hence starting the SOL all over)?
