AMEX through a Business

Ok, I have a BK that was discharded in 05', so I know that AMEX will deny me a a personal level, but one I build my business credit file, do I have a chance getting an AMEX for my business? Please advise.....Thanks.

Yes, just don't try and personally guarantee it.

Although, I am not sure how deep the AMEX black list goes. I would assume it's SS# only. But who knows.

They do ask for the principal agents SS#, so does that mean they will ask for a personal gurantee once they look at my file?

Doubt it.. but it could be a reason to deny you.
