Account shows being handled by credit counseling....

[TransUnion] Managed by credit counseling
[Experian] Account payment being managed by credit counsel service.
Equifax] Closed or paid account/zero balance



At one time this was true but the credit counseling no longer is managing this account. What do I do to have it report properly that I am managing it/making payments directly to creditor?

Hmm frankly I'm not sure but I would start with calling the service and see what they suggest.  I would think they can remove their affiliation with it.  Hope it is as easy as that... otherwise you have to dispute the info to correct it.
