Acronyms help !!!

New to the forum and i think i am in a different world.  Lets see one of the post i see says.  Send a GW to the CB and if that dont work you can send a GW to the CCCs.  And the one that i am puzzles about is "Try PFD letters for any outstanding collections."  only thing that i know that is close a PFD is a PDF file.  So confuzed.  If someone can please reply with some of the most common acronyms i would really appreciate it.
