I disputed the lates for this acct and it came back verified.  I was wondering if the last reported date of 6/07 is going to affect my fico score?  Before I disputed it the last reported date was 5/03.

No it should not. This account has pretty much aged off since it was last updated on 5/03. If you want to try to get the lates removed you can try a GW letter to Cap 1.

Well experian changed the last reported date to 6/07.   I am not sure if that makes it seem like a recent negative item?  The last late on this account was back in 12/02

The account is a paid closed. It wont affect your score. Again try a GW letter or just wait it out until 2009 when it falls off your report completely.
