I used carecredit to pay for a partial denture at a cost of 2800.00 the dentist did a very poor job after 2.5 times of attempts still very poor work. He and I agreed that he would refund my money and to keep the 2.5 partial dentures since he did not want them and they are not servicable for me. He has yet to send me a check or issue a credit to the account. what are my options.

How long has it been since the Dentist said he would refund the money to you?  if 4 weeks or more, I suggest that you go see him in person, if he says he can't issue the check at that time (i.e., has to have his account issue the refund check) ask him to confirm his previous verbal commitment in writing.  May become a case for the courts and it's hard to dispute a written agreement.  Good luck.
