I filed a Ch 13 back in 2002. Seven years later the bankruptcy has been discharged and removed from my credit report, but looking over my credit report I sill have some of the old accounts that was filed under that bankruptcy. My inner thoughts were saying those old accounts should come off. Right? The other thing is the account status of thoses accounts: unrated or filed under bankruptcy, What can I do to get them removed or should they be removed. Advice needed!!!!!!
