After 7 years will Fico score jump up?

I have 3 collection accounts that will fall off this year. Will that jump my score up when they fall off or do they just fall off? My Trans is now 608 while Exp is 561

who is reporting the collections?  most points that you get are from a CO  dropping. Baddies drop 7-7.5 years from DOFD  DOLA

I have 3 charge offs from credit card companies that will fall off. The late payments will fall off as well

Everything drops (baddies)  7-7.5 years from DOFD or DOLA   because these are CO from the OC  yes big jump in scores

You do not et big jump if only a CA drops  even if they are collecting for the same OC
