After I pay in full with Cap 1 can I dispute with the CA that is also reporting?

I will be paying Cap 1 since they will not accept the PFD.  It is also listing with a CA.  I am definetely not paying this twice.  After I pay Cap 1 can I dispute with the CA as being paid to OC?

Once you pay, the only thing you can ensure is that both Cap 1 and the CA have to report it paid. If they won't report it correctly, then you've got 'em on violations.

However, the collection will remain without a PFD. You could try GW after the fact, but if they won't do PFD then it seems unlikely they'll do GW.
