It's been tough, but I'm finally on the brink of breaking into the 700's-

Just a couple more things to do, like disputing non-PP inquiries from a couple of CA's and sending out another GW letter or two (Ford and Dillards are tough nuts to crack-they repeatedly tell me no), and continuing to get my util. down (97% in June, now 58%). I think I'm ready to talk to someone in December about making my rental house my home. I couldn't have done any of this without the help of these forums. I've learned some valuable things from a lot of y'all here, and I'm extremely thankful. A big THANK YOU to those that give me and others on here such great advice and for helping me to remember not to give up.

WTG honeybrook1, excellent jump! I'm on my way myself, just checked my new scores 20 minutes ago. Went from sub-prime to prime, now I can go for that auto loan next week! I'm absolutely amazed at just how clueless I was before finding this forum just 2 months ago. Thanks everyone!
I was totally clueless before I first logged on here in June. Now-I feel so empowered. I actually almost went the Lexington Law route when I became discouraged. I feel so great...thanks for the kind words, everyone!!
