it says for the 14.95 a month you get to pull your reports twice right?
i had the trial activated on 10/1/12 and had pulled twice the last being 10/26/12
amex wont let me get another report now until 11/16/12. and they charged me the 14.95 for next month (nov)
so that would really only leave me with one pull in the whole month? what gives?

Yes, I've wondering about that for some time. It looks to me like from the time you pull a report, the second after that is in a month from then. And the same for the ones inbetween. The even number reports will never be less than a month inbetween, and the odd number reports will never be less than a month inbetween. There's no carry-over of any sort. So if you pull a report later than when you can, e.g. Nov 5 instead of Nov 1, the second after that can't be pulled until Dec 5. Does that make sense?

The key thing to be aware of is it's two pulls per 30 days, not per month. Their specific language on the home page is "Get 3 PLUS Scores1 and 3 reports from the 3 credit bureaus twice every thirty days"
When 30 days have elapsed since your first report, you can pull one more. But that takes you back to a total of 2 within 30 days, so you have to wait for 30 days since the second report to pull the 4th, and so on.
