Another Student Loan question

In their (Sallie Mae) reply to me from my dispute letter they informed me that due to my ongoing dispute with them they have placed my student loan tradelines in a 'in dispute' status with the credit bureau. They also stated that Fair Isaac credit scroing excluded all tradelines marked as 'in dispute' status. Is this a good or a bad thing for me?

Re: Another Student Loan question

That's not entirely true. There are some things FICO will not calculate while in dispute. Does that mean you should dispute in hopes of increasing your score? NO! This could easily backfire.
Collections and public records do not apply are never exempt from some things. :smileyhappy:
