Another secured CC question

I had a charge off from Wells Fargo about 10 years ago. It has been off my credit report for the last 4 years. Is there any way by opening a secure CC with them that they could bring this CO back up??

If it's gone it should stay gone, HOWEVER you might want to find out if WF blacklists individuals who've had bad debts with them before you app for anything with them.
