Any Chase Identity Protect users out there (anymore) ?

Was updating the CMS thread a moment ago and noticed that you can no longer purchase Chase ID Protect. It had said this on their website:

We are unable to process your purchase at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. A new Chase Identity Protection product will be available this May, with new features and benefits. Please check back later to learn more about the new Chase Identity Protection product. - Sincerely, Chase Identity Protection

Is anyone having any issues with their service or noticed any changes? It was a CMS that, as reported by some in here, offered new reports 10x/mo and offered a very seldom used FAKO.

I know this is old but I currently been use Chase for about a year now

At one point last spring they took the service down. At the time I asked the question, I wasn't sure if they cancelled it for everyone or just took it offline for new customers. I did read they revamped it after my post. It's a monthly pull, isn't it?
