Yes, daughter got a delete two months ago . . . they could not validate, had problem with identity, etc... Fortunately we kept all paperwork.
Just received a new dunning notice w/settlement offer from ER using a different amount, but same OC. They've violated FDCPA multiple times (misrepresentation, calling after receipt of C&D, deliberate mailing of dunning notice to a wrong address, etc...).
