I recently pulled my credit from all 3 bureaus and noticed something wrong with my mortgage I contacted CFPB to help with the situation EQ caught the error as my account was being duplicated. They immediately removed it however, TU and EX did not so both asked to send in proof to which I did along with the findings from EQ then I get a letter from TU that states they cannot use my documentation???? They sent out a updated credit report with the item that I am disputing. I don't have funds for a lawyer so why is TU asking for documentation then refusing to use it? Anyone else experience this with TU and how did you correct the problem?
