I tried searching the forums to see if I could find an answer to my question, but was unable to locate it, so I would like to ask for suggestions.
I have a paid collection on my credit report, it was a medical from a few years ago, a person pulled out in front of me. Her insurance covered it...or so I thought. About a year after the accedent I get a call from a credit agency stating I owe $90.00; instead of arguing or fighting it I go ahead and pay it, the next month is shows on my report as sent to collections paid. I paid it in July of 2004 and they reported it in August of 2004.
I would like to send a GW letter, I don't know if it would do any good, I do know it can't hurt. Would I send the letter to the CA or the hospital?
