Anyone familar with I C System and their methods?

This is my one and only - and I 'think' I have a handle on them via AG complaints.

 If anyone has dealt with them I would appreciate hearing your experience.

I sent them a DV.......their answer was nasty!!!!  they had the nerve to say they did not have to answer & that they would keep reporting.

They are not licensed in Florida and it is illegal for them to collect or report.

I am in the process of sending them an ITS letter.

Have already filed with their AGs & Fl. AGs  and with FTC

They partially validated (no license info, no agrrement of assignment or  bill of sale).- they did send a computer print out  of what I believe to be a cut and paste job  with my sig...
