Anyone have experience sending GW to CapOne?

I was late a few times on an account with them in 2001, and ended up closing the account.

I have 2 accounts with them now in good standing, one cl is 3500 and the other is 500. I want to try GW for the old derogatory one, do they respond favorably to GW?

I just recently had GW success w/ my letter to their Healthcare Finance Dept. Had a 30 day late from Aug. 06.
