I was trying to register in this website, and it tells me that they cannot verify my information because there is a freeze in my Experian credit report, but actually there is no freeze in my credit report.
I applied few credit cards reports, and some successfully pulled from Experian.
I also have Credit Sesame account, which pulls info from Experian, and updated successfully every time I have new hard pull.
And I checked in Experian website, when I was trying to unfreeze, it tell me there is no freeze in my report.
this reminds me that I tried to register Blubird by Amex several times, also get rejected for unable to verify my info, even though I have Amex card, and I guess this might also be a freeze issue. (I don't have serve account, which usually confilicts with bluebird.)
