Anyway to make something report quicker?

I have a collection that is to be deleted by PRA.  I have a letter from PRA confirming they will delete yet they still have not done so.  (Been close to 30 days)

 

I also have a CO from a personal loan that was settled and paid which has yet to be updated (been over 30 days). I also have a letter confirming this.  

 

How can I get these to actually be reported?  Dispute and offer copies of the documents?
