Hopefully this is my last question for awhile as I absorb all the information here. Is it better to apply for mortgages online or locally? I have heard that if you apply online it can hurt your score more. Just don't know where I can get the best deal. My EQ & TU are both is 650 range - hope to get somewhat higher in the next month or so. Would love to get some cash out to add on to house, but am not too sure if I will be able to do that or not yet.
