I want to buy in 1-2 years....i have one judgment from 05...the only baddie...I want to be approved!!!!!

we got approved (Dh) with 3 judgements (2 were paid) .....they were old but still there!

Not sure how it is nowadays that was in the subprime days 2 years ago  : )

That's great! I always wonder about the loan charts myfico has listed....I have a 631 now....trying to get it up as much as possible before I actually apply.

I got approved for a mortgage with a judgement last year but I had to provide proof that it was paid.
