Are these ok FICO scores to refi with?

Sorry to reply so late, it's Saturday, ya now?  Anyway, no that $50 was their fee to do the app.  I got my $350 back for the appraisal.

I am wondering if I should have one done on my own?  Will it count if I do and take it to a lender or would we have to pay for another?

Did anyone tell you what the property appraised for, or did you kill the application before the appraisal was done?

The appraiser came out but we never got a copy of the appraisal.  Called him and left messages, he never responded just sent us our appraisal money back.  Back in Jan. appraised at $306k but we didn't pay for that appraisal would have been rolled into loan.  Never got a copy of that one either.

Okay - so let's just assume for a moment that the house is still worth $306K. Do you have a pretty good idea on how much you owe on it now? That'll give us a loan to value.
