Asking CRA to verify where they are getting lien/BK info from?

I was told that a CRA must provide you with the contact information on where / who they are using to verify lien and BK information within 15 days as per FCRA.

I was also told that the courthouse does not provide information about Liens or BKs to CRA.  Is this true?  The CRA give the courthouse address in the report?

Anyone have iny info on this?

Also ... Can you take a CRA to Small Claims court?  If so do you have to go to the state they are based in to file?

Thanks

Usually CRA's buy the infomation from private vendors about the public records. If you fee there is inaccurate information, you can dispute with CRA's and they have to remove it.

I am working on a foreclosure right now....it is mine BUT it is not accurate   I have disputed it & when it comes back verified  I will send a MOV!!!

If they answer my MOV with BS   I will send an ITS letter  and I will sue!

I know that the courthouse never repored it and that the CRAs allow 3rd party's to report.
