I am an investor, never used credit, have tons of manufactured housing assets, no debts but now trying to build the credit score. It is 642, but needs to be 700 quickly. Payment history excellent, two CD loans, car loan, no credit cards. Need to move the score up. Probably 1% debt to asset ratio - appraisal. Negative $83 and the reporting company has been intentional agressive. Have any information out there on credit laws to stop malicious reporting, credit cards to add balance to 30% of the FICO scoring, or any input. Income, balance sheet, income reports - excellent.
