BAD DEBT

SOMEONE WHO MAY KNOW THIS PLEASE TELL ME... IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE ONE DEBT ON YOUR CR TWICE BECAUSE TWO COMPANIES HOLD IT? THE ORIGINAL LENDER AND A CA ARE BOTH TRYING TO COLLECT FOR THE SAME DEBT. CAN THEY BOTH DO THAT? WHAT SJOULD I DO?

yes, they both can list the debt on your CR. Try a PFD letter, but make sure if they agree you get it in writing.
