BALLY'S TOTAL FITNESS QUESTION

Greetings all,

I need some advice. I have a Bally's account, and as of March 2005 my 3 year contract ended. Over a period of 3 years from 2002 to 2005 I was late once for 2 months. It's on my credit reports as Paid/Closed/Late 60 days.

Okay, there has been no activity reported since 2003 when I was late 60 days, I noticed on my credit report they reported for March 2008 as my reporting being "OK".

Why are they reporting, I don't use Bally's at all anymore after my contract ended in 2008. I could see if the account was current/open but it's not. It also says that the account was closed at grantors request.

Maybe I'm just clueless...

I hate Bally's. They are terrible people and impossible to work with.

LOL....yea I just got off the phone with the rep, and apparently she says my membership was paid up until May of 2008....so I was like OKAY...got a year free??? Weird~
