I swear I can't get rid of BOA on my credit reports and I've never ever ever never had an account with Bank of America! It's on all my credit reports, two tradelines report using two different account numbers, and then another tradeline uses one of the BOA account numbers but calls itself Nations Bank! I've even been to court with BOA and they couldn't show where they came up with the accounts! They just are there, on my report and they will not stop reporting to the credit bureaus! Any suggestions?
