Hello all,
I need your help. I received a letter from a law firm Mel S. Harris and Associates regarding my Bally's account. I 'm not sure who to DV. I live in NY i think i signed with them in June 2003, but i need to be sure.
Here is my letter from their office.

Please be advised that we are the attorneys for above. Our client advises that you are indebted to it in sum stated. Our Client futher advises that this debt is long past due and owing. At this time no attorney with this firm has personally reviewed the particular circumstance of you account.
Demand is hereby made upon you for payment of this outstanding indebtedness.

Can they be CA and attorney office? i cannot find any info on PINPOINT
