I highly recommend reading the Credit Monitoring Service Guide written by Ilecs.
You can compare different monitoring services... Keep in mind that the score generated by these services will not be your actual FICO scores. This is the only site, with a few exceptions, where you can purchase your true "FICO" scores.

For free you have creditkarma.com and creditsesame.com. For pay services the two I like are USAA and Amex Credit Secure. Both of the pay services allow have options for daily updates of your report. You do not have to be eligible for full USAA membership to get the credit monitoring service.
