Hello all,
I have 1, 30 day late showing on my mortgage history. This was the month my ex and I had filed for divorce. All other months are ok. Is there a good letter for dealing with this. I know this is only one month showing late, but combined with 3 others for other lines for the same time period, it really hurts my score.
Any suggestions or experiences with this? Thanks in advance to all those who take time to give me advice.
